Gatling Pointe South is a waterfront community located near Battery Park in Isle of Wight County, VA.  Our neighborhood began development in 1993.  Just across the James River from Newport News, the community includes many public spaces for the enjoyment of our residents.  

Our neighborhood adheres to a strict no solicitation policy.  Violators will be considered trespassers.  If your company or group is interested in marketing to our neighbors, please feel free to advertise in our neighborhood newsletter, Getting the Pointe.  Advertising information can be found HERE. 

This website is intended to provide our residents the latest community news and information, including Neighborhood Watch news.  Not all information is available for public viewing.  Residents are asked to sign up via the website for a Resident Login.  This information will not be shared or used for marketing purposes.   Email information may be used for notification of urgent neighborhood alerts.  All registrations will be verified.  Only Gatling Pointe South residents will be allowed to have access to full website content.

With our new website, the board is attempting to resurrect the Neighborhood Watch program in GPS.  Once logged in, you will see that we have a page dedicated to the program.
