Central Park is for the enjoyment of Gatling Pointe South residents and their guests. 

Use of Central Park by persons other than property owners in Gatling Pointe South and their guests is prohibited and violators will be considered trespassers and subject to legal action by the Isle of Wight County Sherriff's Office. 

The park is open from sunrise to sunset.  Use of the park is conducted strictly at your own risk.   Parents of minor children will be held responsible for the conduct of their children and they shall be responsible to ensure their safety when utilizing this facility.

Skateboarding/Rollerblading is not permitted in Central Park and the use of skateboard or rollerblade ramps are not permitted on GPS common property at any time. 

Hitting of golf balls is not allowed.

No motorized vehicles of any kind are allowed on grassy areas. 

Owners are required to pickup their pet's waste.  Doggie stations are provided.

No scheduled practices by organized sport teams allowed without prior Board approval. 

Homeowners will be held responsible for their pets.

All animals must be properly managed and not a nuisance or annoyance to neighbors due to noise, odor or trespassing.  All pets shall be kept on a leash when taken to and from owner's property and shall not be permitted to run loose in Gatling Pointe South.  Owners are required to clean up after their pets.  Pet owners must comply with all pet ordinances as required by Isle of Wight County.  All pets shall be registered, licensed, and vaccinated as required by law.   Isle of Wight County pet license information and laws can be found HERE.   Pets are not permitted in playground areas.
